Strength:

It is a beautifully simple bike. Smooth lines, and not a lot of show. The frame is only 3.9lbs thanks to the Reynolds 853 tubing.

Weakness:

The price if new. No head tube sticker (which I thought was a bit wierd). I prefer Campy, but if you like Shimano, then it''s right up your alley.

I am posting this to basically slam the company that I bought the bike from... Supergo. I ordered their last Rada that they said was a 56cm, and it ended up being a 58cm. So, I unfortunately didn''t even get to ride the bike with the exception of the trek from my kitchen to my living room.

Strength:

Comfortable, Excellent climber, pretty light, confidence inspiring descending.

Weakness:

Absolutely nothing!

Ok it's been almost a year now with my Rada. My initial feelings on the Rada have been intensified greatly. If you buy this bike, and believe me you should, you will fall in love with cycling all over again. It climbs so well that I make aluminum riders envious. Comfortable? An emphatic YES! It is so confidence inspiring that I guarantee you that you will corner and descend faster than ever.

If you plan on using this bike for training for mountain biking, buy it, it is awesome for traing and racing. I warn you that the more you ride this bike the less you will take the MTB out.

Supergo has a great deal on them for 1299.00. The way it is spec'd is very nice. You could easily buy and compete competitively on the Supergo setup.

Don't think about buying this bike, do it! You will not be sorry.

Strength:

Stiff, stiff, stiff! Fast too. Comfy.

Weakness:

A little heavy, but at just under 19 lbs, it's still 6 lbs. lighter than my mountain bike.

Insane bike. Bought it as a supplement to my mountain bike training. I have no previous experience on the road, but it's a LOT of bang for the buck. Great, fun ride that doesn't beat me up. My mountain biking has improved dramatically. If you're serious about riding, do yourself a favor and get a road bike. This one will do nicely!

Weakness:

Heavier than lightest aluminum but light for steel

I have ridden aluminum, some are ridiculously stiff and some are nicer riding . The initial worry was the steel would not climb as well, but with Voodoo's non-crimped stays and tubing choice, I can say the Rada climbs as well as an aluminum frame and does not beat you up. Descending a steep fast hill is ridiculously smooth and FAST. The steel inspires so much confidence that you can easily push alot harder. And talk about leaning for corners. The frame just STICKS to the ground. My Aluminum would hop and skitter in corners, whereas this frame grabs the pavement and inspires you to cut in harder, faster, and lean ALOT more. I loved my aluminum frames, but after 1 month with this frame, I must admit "Steel IS Real" I am 26 so I'm no retrogrouch, I love all the new tech out there as well as everyone else but the 853 is by far the best purchase I have made. It has made my love of cycling reach a much higher level. Review again in 6 monthes.

Strength:

Great move on the road. Smooth friction. The aerodinamics of the bikes is a great feature. If you want a top bike for your improve in cycling and a great price, the Voodoo Rada is the choice.

Weakness:

A little heavy for profecional cycling, but under the 19 pounds its rides is very smooth and lite.

If you want a top bike at low price and ride like a pro, these is the bike of your dreams. At the begining I thought to buy a Canondale R1000 or the new Raleigh, but when I saw the Voodoo Rada and ride, I dont think anymore in other bikes. These is it, for race like a pro.
