Strength:

Weight (light as all hell), super stiff, good variety of lengths

Weakness:

ugly, one stripped bolt, 31.7

From what I've heard the only difference between this and the old Zero is the titanium bolts, which save roughly 20g, so paying an extra $100 is ridiculous but I got a good deal for this so my value rating may not be applicable. I've been happy about this in almost every way except three. First of all, this thing is ugly, as I think most 1 1/8" stems are, but this one is a little uglier than most. The dumb clamping size is 31.7, but it's not a huge problem, I use it with 31.8 to 26.0 shims so I can use my Nitto bars, but the shims make it even more ugly. Third is that one of the bolts is stripped (not on threads).

Strength:

Stiff for me(Zero100 is good enough to substitute for Newton?),cheap, reliable.

Weakness:

none for me,if I have to find one...it is not classy enough.

What I use is a 11cm Deda Zero100 Stem.Compare to the Stems i've used,Zero100 is stiff for me and my friend(he used the stem on his Giant anthem, and claimed that it is cheap and stiff.)
and I'm very happy with it.

Strength:

Good bolts
Light

Weakness:

stupid Deda size, 31.7 and NOT 31.8 like the rest of the world

I believe that Deda made a "zero" stem earlier, but this is the "zero100" or zero centa as they would call it in Italy. I have used several deda stems and handlebars, but this is far the best piece of Deda I have tried. Deda has FINALLY managed to make decent threats for the bolts, these bolts, in both ends can handle up to 8 Nm, the bolts fit so you don't have to hold your breath when mounting the stem.
The stem is extremely light, mine (90 mm) is 106 grams, and the other one I just bought for my other bike (110 mm) is 123 grams - very impressive.
It looks cool in a low-key way, and I find it both stiff and with a solid feel.
Highly recommendable for Deda fans.
