My sons have the regular r104 models (not with the sealed bearings) that we got on a closeout deal. I have used dozens of MKS Sylvan pedlas before. The r104 is an imitation of the classic Sylvan / Campagnolo road pedal style, but with much shorter cages so it is only 250 grams rather than 322 (campy) or 365 (mks). So if you want to lighten a classic bike and yet retain a modicum of vintage-ness, these are your best choice (I have use both MKS Sylvans and MKS Sylvan-Lite pedals and the latter look much less classic than r025 pedals.)

The reflectors broke off very quickly so I docked the pedals for 1 point. They should not be using press-in reflectors since those are guaranteed to snap off.
