Strength:

price, looks, weight, stiffness, uniqueness.

mine has the evocative phillips logos on white panels, (lucky me, no longer available, i bought their last 58cm when they went bust last christmas)

Weakness:

not a colnago/bianchi/pinarello... but hey what can they do for £1500? certainly not a dura ace/sram red kitted bike!!! (more like £5000)

a great frame for the money (£300 inc. deda black fin forks), good geometry and the longer headtube really suits my softer style of riding. stiff, 3K weave looks great a real head turner.

built this up with dura ace 7800 - sram red (chainset and cassette) with hope pro 3 - dt swiss 1.1 wheels, look carbon bars/stems and a san marco regal saddle. all purchased via ebay and other internet sources at knock down prices. bike weighs just under 17lbs inc. pedals, cages, pump and tools. it's a hell of a lot of bike for £1500 all in.

with time and patience you could do the same and the nero corsa has proved an excellent base to work from. 3600 trouble free, quick miles and counting.

my winter ribble (not really very similar) though my wife thinks their pretty much the same!
