Strength:

Frame; light and stiff. Great acceleration. No where near as smooth as my specialized Roubaix, even after I fitted it with a redshift shock-stop stem and cobble-gobbler seat post. That said, tire clearance of a Diverge makes it a better gravel bike. Ekar; plenty high gear for the road, needs a lower gear for technical hills/ light single track. I did the 38t ring w 10-44 cassette, so lowest gear they have. But GRX and Eagle go lower, even if they weigh a bit more, go with them. I’d happily sacrifice some of the close high gears for a 50t cog.

Weakness:

Too stiff. I beat it up so I’m worried I’d crack carbon. But my hands miss the better vibration dampening of carbon.
