Strength:

a great looking bike with fantastic raod feel. Acceleration is quick and effortless, sprinting is great on this bike. Climbing is also enjoyable due to the light weight of the bike. Stiff and rigid bottom bracket make for a good feeling of power transmission. The frame geometry allows for a fast but comfortable ride. Handling in and around other riders is really good and adds to the enjoyment of the ride.

Weakness:

A little on the expensive side but worth the investment, I have no regrets.

I have had my DeRosa Dual HF for nearly two years now, I have loved riding it from day one. It has a great road feel, fantastic acceleration and great handling. The bike just feels fantastic on the road and is quite comfortable due to the carbon forks and rear end. Climbing is great as the bike is really light weight and downhills are comfortable. I have campag record equipment which adds to the light weight effect and is a joy to ride.

I haven't really ridden a bike similiar to this one before. I had a steel bike previously.

Strength:

SPEED. Stiffness & acceleration, comfort. Quality workmanship and Italian panache.

Weakness:

The color schemes are a little showy for my taste, but I've gotten used to it. It have the red one. High price.

I've had my Dual just over a year now and love it. I had a Merak before, which was slightly too small. The Dual seems much more responsive than the Merak, which was also a great bike. I do a lot of long climbs in the mountains and appreciate its light weight and climbing ability. The beefy bottom bracket area and carbon stays work well. I highly recommend it. I've ridden it on several centuries and a double (LOTOJA)- no problems with road vibration or shock. Feels similar in comfort to my old steel frame.
