DESCRIPTION

The Mercury 39mm carbon wheelset is the workhorse of the Mercury carbon wheel line up. Weighing in as low as 1150 grams for the set, this race wheel is durable enough to double as an everyday training wheelset. The Kenda Pro Cycling p/b GEARGRINDER team provided invaluable feedback this past season allowing us to make sweeping improvements to our wheels. The most dramatic difference comes with the overall weight, we were able to shave 300 grams from the wheelset. The new Mercury hubs weigh in at 290 grams, boast a 7 pawl rear hub system guaranteeing an immediate catch and wide spaced flanges ensuring wheel stiffness.
