Strength:

Easy tubeless setup. Light weight. Affordable cost.

Weakness:

Not great with non-tubeless tires.

I have a season of CX racing and a season of gravel nonsense on these wheels, and so far they've been pretty great. I did experience one case of a tire coming off the rim, but it was a non-tubeless tire pumped up to the max pressure allowed. I've not needed to true them so far, even after all the abuse and more than a thousand miles.

These have been snappy and solid, and that's a great combination!

Strength:

The rims haven't folded on a screaming down hill.

Weakness:

Greatest weakness are the AL nipples. Front wheel bearing.

I'm a little clydesdale (205 lbs) The wheel set was an upgrade to a new Lynskey CX. One year of dirt roads approx 1k miles around the Green Mts of Vermont the toll is 4 broken rear wheel nipples & a front bearing. The bike was assembled by the LBS. The tires speced by Stans didn't last 2 miles before they blew off the rims. Tubes added......... so far no problems. Would not recommend to riders who love to climb or weight more than 150lbs.
