Stans NoTubes Iron Cross Team wheelsets - clincher

Taking the place of the previous Iron Cross, this iteration continues to use Stan's Bead Socket Technology (BST®), which locks a tire's bead in place allowing for lower pressures than a standard tubeless conversion set up, and reduces to likelihood of pinch flats. The rims are constructed from tough but light 6061 aluminum with a shallow disc-specific sidewall, which further contributes to the wheel's low weight and strength. For increased air volume and a larger contact patch for mounted tires, the Iron Cross Team also features an extra wide 20mm internal rim width. For the Team, Stan's has spec'ed their 3.30 hubs, which now have stainless steel cartridge bearings for long life, even with the abuse of cross racing. Compatible with six bolt ISO disc rotors and with a 135mm spaced rear axle, it will work with the new breed of disc brake cyclocross bikes coming to market. The hubs are laced 2x using DT Swiss Super Comp butted spokes with 24 in the front and 28 in the rear.
